What Parents and Students say
“St Andrew’s has made me the man I am today. It has given me so many opportunities and experiences to improve and better myself. This is helping me to overcome challenges in the present and the confidence to deal with the ones to come in the future”.
“St Andrew’s really feels like a family to me. Students have great relationships with the teachers and I look forward to participating in clubs, activities and student voice groups (like the school council and MLB).
Teachers make the lessons enjoyable and engaging, whilst helping me to discover new talents that I never would have thought of even trying before I was at the school. In lessons, the teachers have a great understanding of the students’ skills and what they need to improve on, which is key to helping us students to progress in subjects. Ever since I started at St Andrew’s, I have enjoyed every moment and I look forward to going to school every day”.
“This school is very welcoming. We have a lot to do in school and after school, and there is a very good bond between students and staff”.
“We love the nurturing environment and enthusiastic staff. St Andrew’s was definitely the right choice for us”.
“Our son has made accelerated progress in his two years at St Andrew’s under the guidance of teachers who know him well and encourage him to be the best he can be”
“Your students know how to behave and respect each other. There is such a lovely atmosphere at St Andrew’s”.
"I just wanted to say that I am so pleased I chose St Andrews. He has been so excited about joining, all the transition things he has done really set the scene and his first 2 days have been tremendous. He is so happy. I have never seen him keen to go to bed so he can get up wide eyed to go to school. Long may it last!
I love the standards and values you are setting and I will do everything I can to support those. I wasn’t sure about the day one assembly, as my son really didn’t need me there and I was supposed to be at work, but actually it was lovely to be part of the scene setting and I feel like part of the community now as well as him. Thank you".
